Chairman, Ron Smith, would like to welcome you to our website which was set up at the end of 2013 to give help and support with patients who have been diagnosed with bladder cancer. The group has members who are having treatment and also those who have had their treatment and are in remission.

The Bladder Cancer Support Group is a non profit making Organisation, formed to provide support to members of the local community affected by bladder cancer, including patients, partners, carers, family and friends. Group meetings are generally held every couple of months and are attended by Uro-oncology nurse specialists, Sharon Arkless, and Ceri Morris from suite 18 at the Heath Hospital, and feature talks given by professionals on varied subjects related to bladder cancer. The meetings are followed by a cup of tea  and a chance for a sociable chat with fellow sufferers and the Nurses if you feel the need. We are sure you will find the meetings informative and you will be made welcome.

Ron is very willing to chat with patients about their worries.
